Spent the day with tiff and jared. So many people at the park, petting my ears. Several peeps came up to me and said they had a tripawd, too. I hope they get to have fun days, too.
I love to ride in my stroller when I get tired:
I really liked watching the skateboard competition. It reminded me of pulling jared on his skateboard. We used to go so fast!
Smiles all around. But, I sure got tired at the end of the day. I could not even stand up to eat dinner. Oh well, I had so much fun!
How in tne world I missed One or two of Oreo’s previos blogs escapes me! I jjst read you Chemo #4 post and tne ” new” challenges facng Oreo. “m sure you’ve already researched metronomics and wonderng if yo’ve thoight abot switching over? Sassy had mets after ner third treatment (I think?) and switched over to metro. and had many, many more wo derful qaility months with lots of spoiling and loving!
Also, have you thought about starting a post under “Ask tne Vet” and maybe get s e feedback there from others who have added all sorts of supplements, holistic, etc. that seems to have helped in many cases?
Now, let’s get back to the NOW!! That Oero is just so beautiful and CLEARY enjoying living in tne moment. Staying fully present and enjoying tne bliss of stoller rides, loving,spoiling, relaxing with a contented heart and
eaceful mind! Taking it all one happy moment at a time!
You are strong pwparents and are not letting anything rob you of your tme together! I really applaude you for that commitment!
Oreo is still enjoying her pretty sweet self and nas no intention of foing anywhere anytime soon! She’s the cutest “stroller riding dog” in tne land! Does she have ner giraffe with her too?

Thank you, love those empowering/healing hugs!Unfortunately Oreo is also having some neurological compression in her spine and is having trouble getting up. Her left hind leg/hip seems to be giving her some pain and it takes much coaxing and lifting to get her up, even to eat. So, I am afraid our time together is shorter than we had imagined. I am still waiting for the vet to get back to me on the metronomics. But, we’ll see.

The stroller (/bike trailer) is called a HoundAbout II by Solvit. Oreo loves it. No problems with it until today – the front wheel broke right off (at the weld). I am sure it is under warranty and I hope to get a replacement part quickly. Of course, this happened a couple of miles from the car…Oreo enjoyed doing a wheelie the whole way back (oh, my aching back, though!) 🙂
Oreo you had a very full day and a whole lot of fun!! Keep on living the life and showing everyone how a tripawd does it!
